U.S. Donor Conceived Council (USDCC) supports efforts to pass the 2017 Uniform Parentage Act (UPA) around the United States. The UPA protects diverse family structures, and today most donor conceived people are born into LGBTQIA+ families. USDCC encourages support of the UPA’s introduction and passage.
